I really must start blogging more  , anyway here is my latest crochet project.

Iced Gem Baby blanket

My my my!! this pink and white deliciousness came from out of nowhere and sorta appeared and grew from my hook last week.   I added the small flowers and then shot off to learn how to do a French Knot stitch and presto!  they look like little "Iced Gems".   I finished it last night and it's already on it's way to my cousins daughter for the birth of her daughter in 3 months time.  I love love love it!!

Whooot! Don't you just love finishing a project. Done in Aran yarn, so it'll be toasty warm in the winter :) It didn't take that long to complete really, about 4 weeks off and on. I love the colours and think they go really well together.



I think i've just decided on the colours for my bedroom. :)
